These terms apply to this website (orvalehub.com and its subdomains) and to the digital products sold under the Orvale brand in the OrvaleHub shop on Etsy. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Orvale ("we", "us") creates templates, trackers and guides for freelancers. Products are sold on Etsy; this website describes them and links to the Etsy listings. Purchases are made, paid for and delivered through Etsy and are also subject to Etsy's own terms.

2. What you get

Each product is a digital download (for example a Notion template, a spreadsheet or a PDF). Nothing is shipped. Files are available from your Etsy account right after payment.

3. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one person. You may:

  • use the product to run your own freelance business, including work for your clients;
  • adapt it to your needs and replace the demo data with your own.

You may not:

  • resell, share, give away or redistribute the files or any copy of them, in original or modified form;
  • upload them to any marketplace, file-sharing site or public workspace;
  • present the templates, texts or designs as your own product;
  • use the product to build a competing template or product line.

If several people need to use a product, each person needs their own licence. All rights not expressly granted stay with Orvale.

4. No professional advice

The products and this website are tools and general information. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and we do not promise any particular income or result. Rates, prices and decisions in your business remain yours; check your local rules or ask a qualified professional where it matters.

5. Compatibility and updates

Products are designed for the tools named in their listings (for example Notion, Google Sheets or a PDF reader). Third-party tools can change their features or pricing and we do not control that. We may update products or listings from time to time; whether an update is offered to earlier buyers is described in the listing.

6. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. Details and what to do if something is wrong with your files are on the Refunds page.

7. Liability

Products and the website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data arising from their use, and our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Website and links

The site links to Etsy and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. We may change the site or these terms; the date above shows the latest update, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
